General Anthropology First Nations Archaeology Anthropology of Development

The Archaeology Focus teaches students about archaeological methods and theory as well as about the prehistory and history of Canada and the world.  Archaeologists working at and affiliated with StFX teach courses about Nova Scotia, North and South America, the Near East and Japan. Students in this focus can think about careers in fields such as cultural resources management, tourism, teaching or museology.
