Counselling Centre

The Counselling Centre provides a variety of services to help students take full advantage of their university experiences. Some of the issues dealt with on a one-to-one basis with a counsellor include interpersonal relationships, self-confidence, motivation, sexuality, depression, academic and career choices. 

“All contacts with the Counselling Centre are strictly confidential.

To make an appointment, phone 867-2281, or drop by the office to find a time that works with your schedule.  We are located in Room 304 Bloomfield (Student Union Building).  Office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

The Counselling Centre displays materials on various careers, the job search process, and other educational institutions.  Calendars for  graduate and professional schools are available on-line and/or in hard copy at the Student Employment Centre in Camden Hall.

Information and Registration booklets for LSAT, MCAT, GRE, PCAT, GMAT, TOEFL, TSE and ESI, may be picked up from the bookcase outside of the Counselling Centre.  Preparatory books are available for loan inside.
