Defective Merchandise (Except Textbooks)
All merchandise items, except school bags or backpacks, are guaranteed against
manufacturing defects. Defective merchandise will gladly be replaced or
refunded if the original sales receipt is presented. Returns of school bags or
backpacks are subject to the manufacturers’ specific warranties which
accompanying each item.
Non-Defective Merchandise (Except
Textbooks)
Merchandise which is not defective will gladly be
returned for exchange wherever possible,
up to 30 days from purchase date, provided that:

Item is still in fully re-salable (As new) condition.
◊ Original sales receipt is presented.
If exchange is not acceptable, a refund may be made at the discretion of Campus Store management.
