Supplies Requests
The Campus Store is here to fulfill all of your supplies requirements.
If you are a student, please come visit us in Bloomfield Centre.
If you are a faculty or staff member, you can place your order remotely or come in to the store. We recommend that you email us the details of your order (including supplier and stock numbers) and we can prepare it for pick up or delivery. Deliveries will be done depending on the building you are located in (check with FM Transportation for more details on your building's delivery day).
You can also print the following MS Word document and fax it to us at extension 5115.

Supplies Returns
Supplies purchased at the Campus Store may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of the original receipt purchase date following provisions outlined in the Sales Policies (click on link to read full policy details).
