Dr. MacLellan has been an Associate with the Coady Institute for over 10 years. A faculty member at the University College of Cape Breton, he has been working in the area of sustainable development and environmental planning for over 20 years. He has worked throughout Atlantic Canada, Labrador and the Caribbean. As an Associate with the Coady Institute, he has taught courses in the area of Environmental Development.
Dr. MacLellan received a PhD (Environmental Planning) from the University of Waterloo, an MEng (Environmental Engineering) and a BEng (Civil Engineering) from the Technical University of Nova Scotia, as well as a BSc from Dalhousie University.
