Mr. Mulwa has been an Associate of the Coady Institute since 1999. He is the Executive Director for the Participatory Rural Education Methodologies and Evaluation Service (PREMESE) in Nairobi, Kenya-a non-profit organization that provides professional development service to development organizations throughout Africa. Mr. Mulwa has taught courses at the Institute as part of the Coady's Certificate in Participatory Approaches to Development. He brings to the classroom over 22 years of experience in the field of development, working in the communities of such countries as Kenya, Malawi, Somalia, Uganda and Zambia.
Mr. Mulwa received an MPhil (Social Development) in Britain, a MA (Development) in Holland and a Diploma in Social Development from the Coady International Institute.
