Ms. Toogood joined the Coady Institute in 1981, as Secretary to the Registrar. Since that time she has worked as Admissions Officer and, in 1994, assumed the role of Registrar. In this position, she is responsible for student admissions, recruiting and student services. Ms. Toogood manages the logistics of student travel to and from the Institute, the issuance of medical insurance and visas and the coordination of extracurricular activities for Coady students.
Ms. Toogood holds a Teacher's Certificate from the Nova Scotia Teacher's College and a BEd from St. Francis Xavier University.
