The Ultimate Dining program features advanced technology, new recipe development, empowered culinarians, high tech equipment, interactive food delivery systems, an integrated communications and merchandising strategy, and a colorful design base to complete the package. We know eating a vegetarian or vegan diet is often a challenge. Our various dining options will help to provide choices for you that offer variety and good nutrition. We make every effort to clearly label each food item. If you have a question about ingredients please feel free to ask a staff member.

The modules include

• Soup 'n Salad features homemade soups and stews, chowders, chili and salad bar with endless varieties of fresh mixed greens, designer salads, fresh baked croutons, low calorie dressings and fresh baked whole grain breads and rolls.

• The Grill offers a fabulous array of cheese, chicken, fish and garden burgers on your choice of whole wheat  or a kaiser bun add a side of signature fries. Classic grilled sandwich and quesadilla are always popular.

• Sandwich & Deli Bar provides an offering of multi grain and gourmet breads, baguettes and wraps for your Panini's, premium meats, cheeses, low cal mayo, and fresh vegetables, compliment your creativity.

• International  prepared to order sizzling salads, Mediterranean omelets to pasta primavera, the chefs are sizzling up hot and cold fare featuring authentic flavors from around the world.

• Pizza  features the best  pizza in town, many of your favorite on whole grain  crust, vegetarian and meat pizza daily.  Don't miss our delicious home cooked casseroles served hot and bubbly, in an individual casserette dish.

• Classics is just that, classic fare and comfy food, roasted chicken, carved meatloaf, flavored mashed potatoes, homemade stuffing and fresh steamed vegetables to name a few.
