The first, entitled Closing the Employment Standards Enforcement Gap, is a large-scale collaborative research initiative that seeks to inform effective employment standards enforcement in Ontario. The second, entitled Transforming Stories, Driving Change is a partnership development project that utilizes performance as a research strategy to expose mechanisms of social marginalization that prevent particular groups from being understood as agents of change. The third is the On the Move SSHRC Partnership Project, an interdisciplinary initiative that examines the consequences of travel for work on families and communities internationally. You can read an interview with Adam regarding his research on this project here.

Adam is also the founding co-artistic director of In Forma Theatre, a community-based arts collective in Toronto.
