The Co-op Office and Student Career Services will be hosting our Accounting Opportunity Fair in September 2021. This is an opportunity for employers to meet StFX students and promote co-op, summer, or new graduate roles. Light refreshments may be available to our employer attendees (dependent on Public Health COVID 19 protocols). We will provide bottled water.
Accounting Opportunities Fair (Second annual event)

IT/Computing Opportunities Fair

Anticipated Numbers of Students in Attendance: Over 150
StFX offers many strong IT programs from our undergraduate computer science program, Masters of Applied Computer Science, Bachelor of Business Administration with Enterprise Systems major, Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Artificial Intelligence, and our Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Enterprise IT Management.
Cost: Free. To offset the cost of room rental and refreshments, the Organizing Committee is offering limited sponsorship opportunities to employers.
Why should you attend?
- Reach up to 90 students. Instead of hosting an individual information session, participate in a multiple employer event that will attract more students from all years of study.
- Targeted students will in attendance. Have meaningful and engaging conversations with potential co-op, summer, and/or new graduates.
- Increase your brand awareness at StFX.
Participating employers will receive a 6-8 foot table with space for banner display with access to electricity and wifi. We will also have student volunteers to help with transporting your materials from the ground level of Schwartz to McKenna Centre.
Parking on Campus
Starting in September 2021, all visitors to STFX will need to purchase a daily parking pass from the Box Office located in the Keating Centre. We recommend purchasing your parking pass before dropping off your materials in Schwartz. Once you have dropped off your materials, then go park in a designated parking spot. There are very limited parking spaces close to the Schwartz building.
