Management Financial Reports
The Management Reports Suite was created to provide budget to actual information based on the University’s reporting hierarchy to assist in institutional decision making.
These reports are intended for executive decision makers.
Report Links* - Links will be activated following the financial system implementation
- A - Revenue and Expense by Operation Groups
- B - Revenue and Expense by Division
- C - Divisional Account Summary
- D - Revenue and Expenses by Department
- E - Departmental Account Summary
- F - GL Account Detailed Transactions
*Use of Internet Explorer (Windows OS) or Fire Fox (Mac OS) is recommended for optimal Cognos BI Reporting.
Login Instructions
If you have been specifically notified that access has been granted to the management reports, you will be required to login using your webfx authentication credentials. Cognos requires the username to include the domain as a prefix (webfx\username).
Login Instructions (connecting from Off Campus)
Connecting to the StFX Finance Reporting Servers from off campus requires that a VPN connection be established to the university first. Once the VPN connection is made the user should be able to connect and logon to the reporting server.
