STUDENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FEE
Q. What is the Student Assistance Program Fee?
A. The SAP Fee is a mandatory fee under the direction of the Students’ Union.
Q. Why is this fee being implemented at this time?
A. Following a student referendum during the spring of the 2014-2015 school year, students voted in favor of implementing the SAP for a period of three years.
Q. Where do the funds from the fee go?
A. The fee is the cost of administering the program and is paid directly to the SAP administrator, MyWellness .
Q. Who has to pay?
A. The fee is charged to all students regardless of full time or part time status. It is not prorated based on course registration but charged at a flat fee of $6 per student.
Q. When is the Student Assistance Program Fee effective?
A. The SAP runs from September 1st through August 31st each year and is available to all students and their families.
