HRIS Refresh Project

We’re pleased to announce the next phase of our journey to transform HR@X. Over the next year, we will be working to replace our aging Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

The current system, which consists of ADP’s People@Work, Pay@Work and EZLabour systems, was originally acquired over fifteen years ago and will be discontinued by ADP in 2024. Since September 2022, we have been engaged in a process to procure a modern, integrated HRIS that will meet the needs of the University community today and into the future.

We’re pleased to announce that the University has partnered with the Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG). Over the course of 2023, we will be working closely with UKG to implement UKG Pro, a modern, cloud-based software solution.

The new system will provide a one-stop portal for all HR functions including pay, benefits, leave tracking, and scheduling. Employees will have access to a robust self-service portal which will enable you see and update your HR information, request time off and much more.

More information on the project will be available on this page over the next few months. Our team will also be communicating regularly with the campus community in the lead up to the launch.

Steering Committee

The HRIS Refresh will be relying heavily on the contributions and support of our Steering Committee and the entire Human Resources team. In addition, we will be drawing on resources from across the campus to make sure this project is a success.
