A psychologically healthy and safe work environment allows you to do your job with the least amount of stress about work left to do. Improving psychological health and safety is a process of continual improvement. Everyone needs to be involved. This session is focused on discussing what workload management means for you and/or your team in a practical way. We all deserve to provide a good day’s work and go home with our mental and physical well-being intact.
