Putting Workload Management on the Agenda: Creating Awareness

Any thriving organization should have more work than can be accomplished in a day. A psychologically healthy and safe work environment allows you to do your job with the least amount of stress about work left to do.  Improving psychological health and safety is a process of continual improvement.  Everyone needs to be involved.  This session is focused on discussing what workload management means for you and/or your team in a practical way.

We all deserve to provide a good day’s work and go home with our mental and physical well-being intact.  This workshop will focus on creating awareness of workload management and thinking about how to help reduce workload stress.
