All employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis via direct deposit to your bank account on the Friday of pay week.
For new employees to be entered into the payroll system, Payroll requires a package containing:
- Payroll Request form
- Signed Letter of Offer or Casual Contract Template
- Employee Information Form
- Void cheque or direct deposit form completed by a Canadian financial institution
- TD1 Form Federal
- TD1 Form Provincial

All New Hire Forms or Payroll Request Forms indicating changes to current employee payroll information (i.e. salary, title, hours worked per week etc.) must be submitted to Payroll.
Without exception, the deadline for submitting new hires or any pay changes to employee information is 4:30 p.m. on Friday the week before the applicable pay date.
