Mission Impulseible
Mission Impulseible is an annual student food product development competition held every January. Current HNU students interested in participating should contact Marcia English early in the fall term and/or enroll in HNU 445 Advanced Food Study. More information is also available from Pulse Canada.
In previous years, HNU students have developed creative and novel pulse-based foods such as frozen desserts, egg replacements, and spreads. The winning regional team gets the opportunity to compete on the National stage! Several StFX Mission Impulseible teams have gone on to obtain Wallace Family Entrepreneurship Internships to further their business plan development.
