There are no first-year nursing courses. All first-year courses for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree are non-nursing courses. Students in the nursing program take their first nursing courses in year two of the program.
Core nursing courses are not open to students outside of the program. However, non-nursing students are permitted to take NURS 364 (Social Justice and Health) and/or NURS 365 (Gender and Health) in the third or fourth years of their respective programs.
