University Housing assigns accommodations to students once they have confirmed their attendance to StFX and paid their $100 confirmation fee to the Admissions Office. admissions@stfx.ca
Room offers are made on a first-come, first-serve basis in order of the date of confirmation payment.
New students direct from high school are guaranteed a space in
residence if they confirm their seat by May 15th and accept their room offer by June 1st.
Living Learning Communities (LLC) are offered in Bishops, MacIsaac, and Mount Saint Bernard. To learn more about these unique living communities, please visit www.stfx.ca/LLC.
RESIDENCE COST**
All Residents must subscribe to one of the University Meal Plans which meets the minimum requirement for their residence. All first year students must subscribe to a minimum of the 315 Block meal plan.
