What is StFX Hotel? It is our high-end residence building, Governors Hall, converted into a summer hotel from early May to Mid-August. During periods of high occupancy, O'Regan and Riley Halls also become hotel buildings. Every year, we welcome StFX students, faculty, tourists, corporate travelers, conference attendees, sporting groups and wedding guests. Please note that Wi-Fi is available everywhere on campus.
Traditional single and double traditional residence rooms are not available for group bookings during the 2021-2022 school year as all rooms are currently in use on campus. They may available again later in the year, pending the evolution of the covid-19 situation.

STFX UNIVERSITY HOTEL
StFX Hotel is scheduled to open from Friday, April 29th, 2022.

APARTMENT SINGLES
Two, three and four-bedroom apartments are available to rent yearly on StFX Campus for visitors, students from other schools or external guests. Those rentals have been temporarily paused for the 2021-2022 school year to reduce occupancy, following health & safety guidelines from the provincial government.

- Single bed in each room, desk with bulletin board and shelves, desk chair, dresser, closet
- Fridge, stove, sink, cupboards, dining table and chairs
- Two washrooms & on site laundry
- Sofa, chair, coffee table, window coverings
- Parking available
- Storage closet at end of hall in apartment and also outside of each apartment
International House
Single and traditional residence rooms in International House are available for special events during the school year. Rentals are currently suspended for the 2021-2022 school year and are scheduled to resume pending the evolution of the covid-19 crisis.

SUMMER ACCOMMODATIONS
MacIsaac has traditional residence rooms available from May to August. Every year, camps and groups looking for a great value option choose this residence building. Residences will open for the 2022 season pending the evolution of the covid-19 situation.

- Shared washroom facilities & laundry facilities on site
